Sacred Songs of The End time

"My Way" (Christ's Way)

And now, the end is near and so I face the final curtain;

My friends, I'll say it clear I'll state my case of which I'm certain.
I've lived a life that's full; I've traveled each and every highway;

And more, much more than this, I did it my way.

These were the words of Paul Anka's first verse and the music by Claude
Francois and Jacques Revoux, the Frenchmen, who made of this song a great
hit of the 20
th century.

And herewith I want to remind us all of the words of Christ the Messiah, Who
at the time of His first appearance, to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself,
once did say:

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate and broad is the
way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in
thereat: Because strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which
leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it".

And therefore at the time of His second appearance, without sin unto
salvation, unto them that look for Him, I would love to sing it this way, even
so help me the Lord GOD.

"Christ's Way"

And now the end is near, and so I face the final curtain,
My friends, I'll say it clear; I'll state my case of which I'm certain.
I chose the narrow path, which leads to life along the straight way,
And more much more than this, I did it Christ's way.

Regrets? I've had a few, but then again, all being forgiven;

I did what I had to do, and saw it through without exemption;

I prayed from day to day, each graceful step along God's highway,
And more, much more than this, I did it Christ's way.

Yes there were times, I'm sure you knew
When I ate up that which was due
But through it all the reproach for Christ,
I spoke the Word, digest the gall;

I faced it all and I stood tall, I did it Christ's way.

I've loved, I've laughed, I've cried;

Had times I failed - my share of losing;

But now as tears subside, I find it all so amazing

To think I just believed, and let me say, not in a shy way

Oh! No, Oh! no not me, I did it Christ's way.

For what is a man, what has he got?

If not faithful, then he has naught,

To say the things I truly feel, and not the words of those who yield;

The record shows I took the blows; I did it Christ's way.
